Education. Brandon obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of Kansas School of Law, where he was an Editor on the Kansas Law Review, a top 10% graduate, a Graduate Teaching Assistant for several Business Law classes, and a National Moot Court winner. He also participated in various volunteer legal assistance and tax programs, and received numerous CALI awards.

Brandon earned dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Kansas, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration, and a B.A. in Economics with honors.

Work History. After law school, Mr. Kane practiced corporate law and administrative/commercial litigation with Polsinelli PC, an AM Law 100 firm located in Kansas City. He then practiced corporate law and commercial litigation at Sprint prior to starting the Kane Law Office.

Awards. Mr. Kane was selected by the Kansas City Business Journal as Best of the Bar. We also have been named ThompsonReuters as a SuperLawyer – Rising Star in Kansas and Missouri from 2015-2019, and as a SuperLawyer from 2021-present. We are also perennially rated as a ThreeBestRated lawyer in the areas of Corporate and Real Estate Law.

Associations. Brandon is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas. Mr. Kane is a member of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College of DUI Defense, the Kansas Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
