For most legal services, we charge an hourly rate of $475.00/hr for our attorney time, and $150.00/hr for our paralegal time. We also offer flat fees on many common corporate issues such as business startups, contract drafting, contract reviews, and more. We also provide flat-rate and other rate options for our Outside General Counsel clients.
